Our coach-led sessions are designed for all fitness levels:
Push your limits with high-energy cardio sessions designed to boost stamina, torch calories, and build mental toughness. Improve cardiovascular health while challenging your endurance and power in a supportive, coach-led environment that keeps you moving forward.
Boxfit
A mixture of boxing and conditioning
Learn the art of lifting with precision and confidence. Lift sessions focus on foundational movements—squats, deadlifts, presses—taught by expert coaches to perfect your form, prevent injury, and set the stage for lasting strength gains and improved performance.
Lift
Focusing on the 3 big lifts: Squat, Bench, and deadlift. Run on a 4-week progressive block. To improve both technically and in strength.
The ultimate fusion of strength and conditioning. Hybrid sessions combine resistance training with explosive cardio for a full-body workout that challenges every muscle group. Expect a program designed to elevate performance and overall fitness capacity.
Hybrid
A mix of strength and conditioning. Pre-programmed for maximum results.
Inspired by the global Hyrox competition, these sessions combine running and functional movements for a challenging, scalable workout. Train for endurance, agility, and real-world strength in a supportive environment that prepares you for any fitness goal.
Hyrox
Hyrox style workouts. Whether you are preparing for a hyrox comp, or just want some conditioning, these are perfect for you.
Resistance training sessions built around structured blocks targeting every major muscle group. Expect compound lifts, time-under-tension sets, and progressive overload to maximize lean muscle growth, strength, and overall fitness capacity for long-term results.
Strength
4 week block programmed. Focus on one upper and one lower main movement with full body accessories. perfect to get stronger and grow muscle
Flip tires, carry heavy loads, and conquer unconventional lifts. MST brings the raw power of strongman training into an accessible format that builds strength, grit, and confidence while improving functional fitness for everyday life.
MST
Modified strongman training. Functional strength movements, including push, pulls and carries.
